Leading design teams
I hire and develop people, set up processes, OKRs, development plans, and budgets, creating an environment without chaos or burnout.
Designing and art-directing
Digital products, interfaces, and design systems. I work with UX, visual design, and overall solution consistency.
Researching and validating hypotheses
Interviews, UX tests, analytics, and experiments to make data-driven decisions.
Prototyping and automating
Rapid prototypes, no-code and coding (HTML/CSS/JS/PHP), AI tools to speed up work.
Working with content and media
Texts, photos, videos, basic motion and 3D — when the product needs a cohesive visual and conceptual identity.
About
I’m a design leader and product designer. I design digital products for web and mobile platforms — from B2C applications to B2B services and internal tools.
Since 2021, I’ve combined hands-on design work with team leadership: building processes, introducing standards, and shaping design culture.
Outside of work, I’m interested in coding, motion design, game development, books, and road trips.
